Evolving from Within
The world calls out for improvement, and more often than not, we are ready and willing to offer advice or admonishments. However, each of us possesses the power to effect a positive shift in energy in ourselves and in those around us. Just as purification of the soul leads to purification of the world, change within leads to change without…

Honor yourself, live authentically
When we are young children, we live authentically, seldom afraid or embarrassed to seek out what we want or to speak our minds. As we grow older, we tend to tuck that authenticity away, putting it aside while we chase our dreams, afraid that it might hinder us in our success…but we never let that freedom go completely. We may conform publicly to society’s expectations while embracing secret passions when alone. We may withhold certain opinions, although this does not change the fact that we possess them.
It is important, however, never to stray too far from that youthful brashness and self-interest, for they are qualities that make you who you are. The authentic you is your true self; and in living authentically, you make time for the things you love and project who you really are. The simplest way to live your truth is to leave the expectations of others behind and act in the way you feel is most worthwhile…

Reveal & Embrace - Uncovering What’s Within.
Sometimes we’ll forget, undermine or just in the weirdest of ways, lack belief. Meaning, we may contemplate our aptitude to achieve certain goals, express something worthy or even try something new.
Yet, when those close to us need to be uplifted, or brought back into reality - we are able to remind them of their capabilities and reassure them of their potential.
Why is it that we have the knowledge, clarity and tools to do so for others but not always ourselves? What limits our ability to constantly know and embrace the strength and capacity to always exceed?
Is dispensing advice merely easier because we are not involved?
Just remember, when you find yourself involved in a situation, you have everything necessary to make the best out of it.
Stay Motivated, Persevere.
Challenge your inner warrior.

Another Earth
For those who haven’t seen this movie, it’s definitely a must-see.
In its most unique artistry, does it allow us to consider the impossible - venturing off to another earth - one that not only imitates our own, but yet, is in complete synchronicity with our every movement. However, the theory translated throughout the movie goes beyond this. It articulates, in the finest of ways, that our soul, our thoughts, and ultimately, our very own physical existence, may be replicated on a planet similar to our own. Which, if you take a moment to think about this, its barely comprehendible in itself.
The idea that us as humans – without choice – are here on this planet having to interact with experiences that so easily shape who we are. But, as fragile as we can be - it is those experiences that strengthen, weaken or even destroy the person who we aim to become.
As the movie progresses, we begin to understand the opportunity of second chances, hope, and faith. It delves into the value of personal reflection, true happiness, and coping with our deepest doubts. Imagining an opportunity like no other, to possibly re-experience or re-evaluate the person you’ve become, from literally an external view - is what struck me the most. How would this be of benefit? Meeting the exact replica of yourself - would it change you? Would it trigger you to acknowledge the things about yourself that you should be grateful for? The characteristics about yourself that you should really learn to appreciate?
Regardless, move with the journey of your experiences, settle with the idea that you are who you are, aside from any mistake or regret from the past, enjoy the path to growing, learning, and improving.
Live with Ease. Think with Clarity. Be with Now.

Re-Thinking What’s Inside the Bubble
Sometimes we may find ourselves pursuing certain thoughts that literally rob us of our time and energy. Before we know it, we become trapped within a bubble of thinking that emotionally inhibits ourselves to accomplish anything of true value. Regardless of the content of our thoughts or ideas, the mind can fall into a cyclic state, which is often exhausting, making it difficult to feel at ease.
So how is it that we can manage this bubble? How can we catch ourselves from being absorbed, and rather re-think or re-organize what’s inside it?
Like most, I believe it’s a matter of awareness - being able to translate or replace the negative mode of thinking into a more productive and valuable form. Paying attention to the ways in which your thoughts trigger your emotions is important. Understanding that its truly not what you’re thinking but in fact, how you are thinking that makes the difference.
